Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a way of tuning in to, and amplifying, the healing ability that we all possess.
Reiki is a natural and simple way of healing through the hands which can be used for the benefit of yourself or for others.

Reiki not only revitalises energy and relieves pain and stress, but is also uplifting and relaxing, both to give and to receive. There is no need to undress since Reiki works through clothes.

Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself, so it is an effective method for the prevention and treatment of diseases and energy imbalances – especially those caused by emotional or mental trauma.

Reiki safely supports all other forms of healing, including conventional medicine.

Reiki is “the secret art of inviting happiness”, according to its founder, Dr Usui.

Reiki 1
is the start of the Reiki journey which its founder, Dr. Usui, describes as “the secret art of inviting happiness”.
It is a wonderful tool for learning to sense subtle energy, for physical healing, and especially for self-healing.
And it is also the beginning of the Reiki spiritual path
Included in the course is an introduction to subtle energy, in-depth training in using the hands for self-healing and healing others, four attunements, meditation, movement, energy exercises and a lot more.

2 DAYS £150
Reiki 2
adds keys for healing on mental and emotional levels as well as for distant healing.
The tools taught focus the mind in order to send Reiki to aid the healing of events and situations as well as of people and animals.

Included in the course is a review of your Reiki 1 training, as well as in-depth training in the knowledge and use of the three Usui Reiki 2 symbols, distant healing instruction, four attunements, meditation, movement, energy exercises and a lot more.

2 DAYS £175
Advanced Reiki
is for those who want to know and understand more about Reiki and/or as a preparation for Reiki Master training.
​
Included in the course is a review of your Reiki 1 training, as well as an in-depth reminder in the knowledge and use of the three Usui Reiki 2 symbols.
Also included are advanced Reiki techniques, using the breath, meditation, movement, energy exercises and a lot more.
2 DAYS £175
The Reiki Degrees
Reiki Master
is the final degree in Reiki training. A Reiki Master recognises that s/he alone is responsible for his/her health and spiritual growth.
This degree introduces you to the Master levels of Usui and Tibetan Reiki, including three more symbols. This degree significantly increases the power of the energy you can channel.

You will learn many more Reiki techniques besides reviewing your Reiki 1 and 2 training In will include four attunements, meditation, movement, energy exercises and a lot more.

2 DAYS £350
Master Teacher
is a very solumn undertaking. When you take the Master Teacher degree you take responsibility for assisting others on their spiritual paths.
You will learn the attunement process by which you attune others to the sacred Reiki energy. And you will undertake to support them on their Reiki paths.
Once again you will review all your previous training. You will also have time to spend in meditation, reflection and all other aspects of Reiki you wish.
